In addition to being a Personal Trainer, CrossFit, British Weightlifting, Weight-loss Coach and nutritionist, I am also a qualified Exercise Referral Specialist, which means that I have undergone additional intensive training to enable me to support you if you have a chronic illness (or a combination of more than one). I am a Health Care Professional (HCP) member of the CrossFit Medical Society. This means I offer CrossFit as a health intervention and I can be referral to for this by GPs, other HCP, specialists or directly from the patient. This applies to all the conditions listed above (not exhaustive) as well as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, social isolation, working with at-risk youth, or helping challenged populations.
By analysing body metrics, I can pinpoint where someone falls on the sickness-wellness-fitness continuum and I will provide interventions for improved health and fitness.
I have represented my country at different sports, but I have also received life- changing injuries following an accident and overcome serious medical diagnoses. From these lived-through experiences I design and deliver evidenced-based, highly personalised and effective programs to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
As an alternative to face to face training, I also offer online coaching via video link. This could be a plan B to face-to-face sessions, if you’re travelling or if we have to work around the weather. Or it could be our primary way to work together. I have worked with clients in the UK, USA, Norway, Italy, Australia and the Netherlands.

Represented GB for short and long distance triathlon, Winter Swimming and Athletics
Finished multiple ultra distance triathlons and ultra marathons.

Before you drop an ounce of sweat, we want to understand you: where are you now, where do you want to be and your current health and fitness levels. In this initial consultation, I will provide you with a professional recommendation on what it takes to achieve your goals.

The first goals we set for you will be based around what you can achieve in the first 6 weeks. A 6 week programme provides an opportunity for us to get an understanding of what makes
you “tick” and start the process of getting great results.

Ongoing Personal Training
Beyond the first 6 weeks things can only get better! At this time much will have been learnt and shared. We’ll have the opportunity to review your goals, your challenges, your resources and look at the best way to move forward together to ensure any longer term health, weight and fitness goals are achieved.

Training packages range from £35 to £50 per 60 minute session depending on how many times per week 121 sessions are set and if those sessions are face-to-face or online. The remainder of the week’s training set when I am not with you is included in the price as well as 24/7 contact, support and nutritional advice. I offer a free consultation, a 6-week 30% Off Introductory Package and afterwards a 10% discount when paying by monthly Direct Debit.
